The providers of products or services, each within the scope of their respective obligations, shall be responsible to the User for compliance with applicable laws and the terms and conditions of sale of each product or service contracted. Refunds

When collecting Personal Information for advertising or direct sales and similar activities in Ecuador, FENIXIA will process it in accordance with Article 9 of the LPDP and Article 49 of the regulations to the Organic Communication Law.

MAYORISTA UNIVERSAL DE VIAJES and FENIXIA.EC may relocate these servers to another country in the future and may store Personal Information in the United States or other countries for backup purposes.
